If I am not on your insurance panel you can call your company to find out if they will cover "Out of Network" therapists.  If so, you need to find out at what rate and how many sessions are covered.  Some plans cover out of network and others do not. 

Sometimes clients prefer to pay "out of pocket" so that their diagnosis is not on their insurance paperwork.  It is a requirement of insurance companies to diagnose with a biologically based disorder (i.e. Major Depression). That is entirely up to you.  I do try to keep my fees reasonable and will work with you.  PLEASE call me first so we can decide which option is best for you. 

If it doesn't work out for us to work together I have good colleagues that I can refer you to that have my trust and appreciation.
